This corporate program focuses on accountability as a tool to guide participants to a sense of larger and clearer purpose in their personal and consequently professional lives, and ultimately leading to unprecedented engagement, improved self-awareness and heightened confidence in the workplace.

THE FORGE RESILIENCE EXPERIENCE will create a confidential group based setting where participants will be able to meet weekly for 2 hours for 6 weeks.

The sessions are guided by Andre, using the proven flow for powerful connection and community while boosting confidence.
